Work Process
Strategic Planning
Project goals and objectives are identified, detailed SoW analysis is carried out, Resource Planning & Scheduling is finalized.
Project Execution
Project Kick off meeting is held, dependencies are mapped, and milestones identified, RFI exchange is done, detailed Project schedule is submitted to the Client for approval, Periodic coordination meetings are held with the Client Project Team.
Quality Control (QA/QC)
We monitor the progress of each model and the interface of related building systems at regular intervals. The first stage of the process comprises a self QC by the Design Engineer, followed by QC by the designated Quality Control Engineer. The final QC is performed by the Project Lead. The Project Lead also makes sure that the design deliverables are prepared in compliance with the Project standards.
Project Delivery
We Provide BIM 360 cloud platform for AEC project delivery and Construction management. Model exchange through various formats as required by the Client : RVT/NWC/NWD/IFC/DWFx/PDF
